Error Icon takes half of the screen when initiate manual rollback

Describe the bug
look like style for Error Message icon when we cancel deployment is out of scale
To Reproduce
Have a bad deployment and initiate a manual Rollback
Then you will see this big error symbol as in screenshot, it takes half of your screen just to give you a scale
Expected behavior
error Icon appropriately sized
