Describe the bug
I have an error "Sorry, we are having some problems. Please try again later." after deployment as chat responses
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Follow the Get started commands as is this link
  2. Deploy the app
  3. Chat

Expected behavior
I instead expect a correct response

  • Azure OpenAI model name and version (e.g. 'gpt-35-turbo-16k, version 0613')
  • Is chat history enabled?
  • Are you using data? If so, what data source? (e.g. Azure AI Search, Azure CosmosDB Mongo vCore, etc)
