nlp-feature-extractors pypi source does not include requirements.txt and LICENSE - needed for conda feedstock

Describe the bug
- https://pypi.org/project/nlp-feature-extractors/#files
- https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/e9/b4/bf6f6dea330cb5e7301d3b58bcfff8a631f3bcfbd5a56769691aad1729a0/nlp_feature_extractors-0.1.0.tar.gz
does not include requirements.txt - this is preventing the creation of a conda-feedstock for nlp_feature_extractors
To Reproduce
conda build nlp-feature-extractors using the recipe generated by grayskull pypi nlp-feature-extractors

Expected behavior
LICENSE and requirements.txt should be included in pypi source.
