“[Code Review Tool]” - concurrent function error while using code review tool

I am getting Concurrent function error in every app but it does not point the location where this should be implemented as like mostly issue point the exact function.

I try to implement this function on onload, screen visible and on every possible data call and other places but still this error occurring.
