Cannot connect SQLServer docker from ASP.NET Core 8.
Development environemnt: .NET SDK 8, Jetbrains Rider 2023, Docker inside Windows 10 WSL 2 (not docker desktop), Windows 10.
Run docker SQLServer 2022
