Issues event is ignored for actions other than opened, closed & reopened

Issues event appears in events timeline only when its action is either opened, closed or reopened. ghcrawler should also collect issues events with other action types (assigned, unassigned, labeled, unlabeled, edited, milestoned, demilestoned) directly from web hooks.
