Add proper Dynamic Type support once it makes it into react-native proper

Once this PR makes it to a stable release, we should try to adopt it as soon as possible instead of reimplementing it here.
Tasks needed:
- Remove all tags related to 2268
- Move Dynamic Type ramp specification to appleTypography.ios.ts once the relevant type becomes available
