FAQ bot is not responding to question asked. Giving 500 error.

FAQ bot running on Azure bot service is not responding to any question asked. It just loads the welcome message.
Bot is running on web node version ~12.
Can anyone help me with this.
@krunalmistry94 - Were you able to get around the issue of your bot not responding? Can you provide any additional details such as which SDK you are using and the version? Also, what is the client you are using to test the bot with? Is the bot designed by you, based off of a sample, or generated from a site (for example, Cognitive Services CQA)?
