High security alert from `workspace-tools` package

Hi guys,

There's a security alert regarding the package workspace-tools - Recommended solution is to upgrade to v0.18.4

This PR #663 fixes the issue by bumping the package version, I've looked at the changelog and all changes seems minor, hopefuly you guys can merge ❤️
