Save to CSV corrupts data (in CSV)

Type: Bug
- Run a query that generates a large set of data (40K rows, 5 columns)
- click the icon to 'save to csv' from the result grid
- File is saved, but in some (many) scenarios the data in the file is mixed up (single column value repeated in all columns)
