Editing / Deleting Personas should be only allowed for the Autor and Admins

Hello :)

I would love to see a Feature, where we have some rights in place for editing Personas, because I think it's a good idea,
that editing and deleting Personas should be only allowed for the Autor and Admins.

I might want to implement it by my self and create a PR. Let's see if I find some time.
