我想问一下为什么win11开启了子系统然后安装APP老是会出现网络异常请稍后再试就使用短剧软件有这个提示比如 河马剧场 星芽免费短剧 使用快手就不会有这个提示这个是什么情况呢如果是APP的问题为什么打开任务管理器点击进程找到子系统然后结束任务在从新打开APP就不会有这个提示必须要这样子操作其他操作不行这是啥情况呢？？？

Download and execute collect-wsl-logs.ps1 in an administrative powershell prompt:
Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1
The scipt will output the path of the log file once done.
Once completed please upload the output files to this Github issue.

If you choose to email these logs instead of attaching to the bug, please send them to wsl-gh-logs@microsoft.com with the number of the github issue in the subject, and in the message a link to your comment in the github issue and reply with '/emailed-logs'.

另外注意下提问格式，你说这一通乱七八糟，别人很难理解你的问题的，你需要条例清晰的把问题的复现步骤描述清楚，另外可能需要附上日志甚至是apk安装包等等，最后尽量使用英语提问。
