Unable to draw Rectangles on images in ipad

I am trying to annotate image and draw rectangles on images in ipad's browser vott app. But i'm unable to do that. Please help me

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to annotate screen on ipad
  2. Click on Rectangle from the toolbar above
  3. Try to draw rectangles on image
