Distributed Trill support (CRA - Common Runtime for Applications)

In conjunction with the CRA team who developed Quill, consider releasing a Distributed Trill implementation using the CRA platform.

As mentioned in microsoft/CRA#12, @ibrahimsabek has been working on a prototype port of Quill using CRA and Trill. We hope to put a rough version out there in the coming few weeks to play with.
