No logs on Event Viewer when Azure App Secret is expired ?

Hello,
RIS was KO this morning
After some research on the Windows VM, we found that the App Secret from Azure App ID was expired
Except using the "Validate" button on RIS or checking on Azure Portal, we couldn't see the problem on logs
Describe the solution you'd like
An error message on Event Viewer logs telling the connection is not validated/refused (like the retunrn we can see using Postman for example)
We also enable the "Verbose logging" on RIS but there were not much logs
