generator related sources

Is there some reason Kusto.Language.Generators.* and related generators are not included in the repo? Just playing around with the grammar I did something which invalidated GeneratedSyntaxNodes.tt which then broke the build.
There's no particular reason that the generators project is not copied here, other than it taking additional work that no one has been willing to take on at this time.
