Clarify this repos purpose and relationship with /microsoft/Application-Insights-Workbooks

There may be some redundancy with this repo and the workbooks contained within https://github.com/microsoft/Application-Insights-Workbooks
Should clarify / contrast purpose & scope, and provide link to other repos provided for Azure Monitor and supporting solutions (Data Explorer Proxy, etc)
We do not want to create redundancy with Workbooks product github which is the source of workbook templates that light up in Azure portal as part of Workbooks product and enable customers/ users to use them anytime (available out of box, default). This repo is community driven contributions - user can share workbooks that they consider could benefit other users and users can explore and copy that workbook to make their version So publisher, ownership and access in portal will be different
Should the readme be updated to reflect this statement and provide a supporting link to the Portal templates?
