Documentation Request, does `microG` have provide any functionality without internet connection

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to minimize network connections, and I want to know if microG can provide any additional functionally even when network blocked (e.g. with datura firewall)

Create a Wiki page indicating which features require an internet connection and which features work without an internet connection,
