ofxMaxim doesn't have any of the newer Maximilian envelope code. Just maxiEnvelope::line, which is bonkers.

It would be good if ofxMaxim was up-to-date with Maximilian proper.

maxiRecorder() is also not in openFrameworks. :-(

I just copied the main version into ofxMaxim in this commit: 8969c3f

I did a quick smoke test on Windows and I was able to record to a file. It looks like mostly positive changes. Feel free to revert this commit if something went horribly wrong.

It looks like this is out of sync, again. Is ofxMaxim going to get things like maxiReverb?

Hey Mike - Maximilian 2 is pretty fresh and we've not copied everything over to the ofx yet. But it will happen.
