Support Mocha 8 and --parallel

Hey there.
Mocha 8 was released with parallel test execution.
I think JUnit for that feature is must have
It works for me, but only when using it via mocha-multi-reporters.
It's a bit weird, but a viable workaround for the time being.
Nope, my NPM somehow reverted to Mocha@7. Ignore me
@michaelleeallen any plans to support parallel Mocha runs?
