Feature Request: integrate explorer.ava.network

Integrate https://explorer.ava.network/ into various parts of the script, like expectation of funds from faucet.
This is partially covered by 1053a1c which shows the x_address link if insufficient funds are available (printed along with faucet message).
Explorer does not yet show avm.exportAVA transaction correctly. Waiting for that to be fixed before closing this issue.
