Implement delivery of 8 bit data sms

The API can send MMS, logos, ring tones, etc., which is called 8 bit delivery.
This feature is currently not accessible via the wrapper. This has to be
implemented.

Looks like the API can now only send MMS: The relevant part for logos, ring tones, etc. is missing in the API 0.73 docs.
This feature is not supported by the current API anymore.
