Hyperparameter and Dataset discrepancies

In the paper, it is tested on many datasets but the datasets which I found online for the same have different dimensions than the ones mentioned in the paper. Can you please provide the datasets you have used? Also, there is only one image (HSI balloons) on which the model is tested in the repo but in the paper how are the results also reported for the whole dataset? What method has been used to report the PSNR values mentioned in the paper? Is it simple averaging by testing on each image? Where are the values of hyperparameters like sampling rate and standard deviation and neta and netab set?
We are actually reproducing the paper for research purposes and it would be great if you could answer these doubts.
