Keep your screen alive. I've not been able to fully test this, so please let me know if you encounter any issues.
- Go to 'Task Scheduler' by searching in the start menu box.
- Click 'Create Task' in the actions pane.
- Type a name and description for the task.
- Select the trigger for the task, such as "At log on".
- Select the action, which would be "Start a program".
- Type the file name of the cmd file.
- Finish!
