Smaller bubble sizes drawing improperly on gradient-enabled themes

Under bubble size 15, out-bubbles are drawn with a distracting paper-white outline that comes to a point at left edge in light theme.

If it helps, this is on a Google Fi S22 Plus, Android 12 August security patch. Lemme know if I can provide any further info. I have some experience with manual telegram theming and cursory knowledge of android UI/UX development.
