[FEAT]: Configure this repo for Mac and Codespaces

Description
A split into a Mac and a Codespaces section might help to make the setups more comprehensive.
What I mean is that there are some apps on the Mac that will never be able to run in Codespaces.
So, the whole Mac setup (i.e., every single step, or package) could be optional. A (Node) CLI could be used for this.
The Codespaces part could be a “simple” bash script.
Of course, the source data should be the same. For example, stored in .txt files.
