Move Buildr support to separate gem

This will enable a explicit dep to Buildr and allow for Buildr specific tests

sounds like a neat idea!
I might do that in the future.
Could you release a new version including the fix for now?
That would help me to get it up and running properly before.

I pushed the 0.7.4 gem out, thanks for the fix!

Oh and I added a CHANGELOG.rm that cites your fix for 0.7.4
