LockJar install from CLI Does not install the default group

If I run LockJar install from CLI i.e.

lockjar install
Installing Jars from Jarfile.lock for ["compile", "runtime"]

I updated the CLI to use the default group and pushed a patch gem of 0.7.3. The CLI woefully needs coverage on the defaults it uses.
