--pypi-strict doesn't apply all the HTML cleanups that PyPI does

I discovered this while investigating #32 (comment): on successful rendering in --pypi-strict mode the code was supposed to filter the output through readme.rst.clean() but failed to do so correctly. This meant problems like #32 would go unnoticed.

Coincidentally the two lines of code responsible for filtering the document body through readme.rst.clean were untested. Remember kids: untested code is broken code.
