can not parse excel file with the same content

Hi,
I am trying to parse two excel files, with the same content. One of them can be parsed with no problem, but in the other one, only the top row is being parsed. The other rows are not.

When I edit the non-parsed excel and save it, it can be parsed too.
Node: 14.17.3
MacOS 12.6 with chipset M1
