GitHub made the fonts huge! Please fix so fonts are smaller.

If you look at the readme page for this project, or one of mine, the header text is way too big. https://github.com/jart/disaster
I'm not sure what they did, but I suspect this might be solved by using the markdown hash (#) notation for all header levels instead of the underline thing.
I've toned them down a bit. I think maybe we should split the title line into a title+subtitle (where everything after the --- is a subtitle)...
