Add support for HDRP unity projects with VLC for Unity.
It currently only support the default unity render pipeline.

Most of the info is in the linked gitlab issue. The vlc-unity asset was built with the default Unity render pipeline and I want it to be able to run in HDRP/URP-based projects. It should be fairly simple to do, as we just upload custom textures to a material, but my Unity knowledge is quite limited. See this comment with a WIP branch https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc-unity/-/issues/90#note_68855.
