image fail return 0 pixel

Hello,
I have a problem on a production machine.
The captcha image is not displayed, return 0 pixel image.
In my Nginx server error log, I have this error: upstream prematurely closed connection while reading upstream
I don't understand, I have another server with the same config that works perfectly. Local ditto ...
All other images on this site work

My config:
- Laravel 9
- Captcha 3.2.10
- Php 8.1.13
- Apache Server with proxy Nginx
- GD and Imagick enabled
