Align flex intervals for smooth scrolling

I assume this is in the hta flex implementation, but I didn't investigate in detail.
When scrolling in webview, while zoomed in relatively far, but still showing aggregates, the intervals are not aligned. This causes the chart to "jump around" which is annoying, even though it may very well be correct.
This could maybe be related to #20 since it only happens when zoomed in a lot.
