Add missing sphinx modules to conda environment

Following updates to the documentation in PR #239, the sci-fab conda environment needs updating with the following modules:
- sphinx_autodoc_typehints
- sphinx_copybutton
- sphinx_material
Hi, these are in setup.py, in the docs extra.
