marked is currently on v1.0.0

Just ran into markedjs/marked#1488 today with my site, hoping to get the version bump to v1.1.0 to solve it.

Edit: and I can't use the tokenizer from v1.1.0 because the tokenizer option wasn't available until v1.0.0.

#50 has been fixed in the latest release 1.4.0
@XhmikosR @emmercm In 1.4.0 marked is updated to 2.1.0 (not latest, to keep Node >=8 support)

After updating all plugins to latest Node 8 compatible, I will release additional (breaking on older Node) versions
