HTTP client timeout for custom scrapers

Describe the bug
Some custom scrapers fail to download pages due to exceeding http timeout of 10 seconds, even though pages are downloading normally (just slow)
Reproduction steps
No response
Expected behavior
To have 20-30s of timeout
