Prepan can be removed from profile links

Describe the bug
On the user's profile page at https://metacpan.org/account/profile there remains an option to link their prepan profile. Alas, prepan has gone so this option should now be removed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://metacpan.org/account/profile
- Click on 'Add Profile'
- Scroll down to 'Prepan'
- See it is still there
Expected behavior
Prepan should no longer be in the list and any site links to Prepan should be removed.
