Bug in Rounding for Small Units OpenBook

There's a rounding issue in the SDK logic as well as on our end. We'll need to either upgrade / update the SDK or adjust our implementation.

Regardless we need to update this. So this is a priority for current UI and maybe solves quite a bit of other downstream issues for validation which I had to work around.
