Centralize discussions around a proposal in the UI to make information discovery easier

Like how Polymarket has a 'discussions' section in their UI, it would be nice to have a discussions section to centralize conversations around a given proposal and help the reader understand the different viewpoints.
TBD whether this is a good idea, people seem to prefer Discord
