This is a duplicate, but it seems that ticket was missed so I post my issue here.
Title says it all. Only left-click will ever trigger the command. 'Both' is the command type,

I am having the same problem for MC 1.7.10 (Thermos). I tried both RIGHT (didn't work at all), LEFT (only left works as expected) and BOTH (only left works).
