roadmap: migration of mercurius-gateway

I'm creating a roadmap to keep track of the work on the migration of mercurius-gateway as npm dependency.

• create mercurius-subscription-client mercurius-js/mercurius-subscription-client#2 @marco-ippolito
• release mercurius-subscription-client on npm https://www.npmjs.com/package/@mercuriusjs/subscription-client
• change subscription-client on the gateway with the new package mercurius-js/mercurius-gateway#49 @marco-ippolito
• remove subscription-client from mercurius/lib #938 @marco-ippolito supersedes: #920 @Mazuh
• release mercurius-gateway on npm @mcollina
• remove gateway from mercurius/lib #942 @marco-ippolito

@mcollina should we remove the gateway and the subscription client from mercurius before or after releasing mercurius-gateway?

I think the next step is to remove the subscriptionclient from mercurius.
