Background video does not play when added to a channel that does not yet include a video

When viewing a display / channel that does not include a slide with Video background yet, then adding a slide with a Video background, the video will not play. You need to refresh the browser to get it to play.
When opening a display / channel that already includes a slide with Video background that video plays fine. Also after adding an additional slide with a Video background, also that video will play without problems.
Same problem for YouTube video backgrounds.
