Remove superfluous isabelle theories

@lochbihl mentioned that he found a number of Isabelle files in data/isabelle that are no longer of any use. It would be great, if @lochbihl could collect a list of these files and either send me a pull request for their deletion or list them in this issue.
If that's too onerous, I can also have a look through the sources and remove what I recognize as obviously superfluous.
Please feel free to also delete the mails on the implementation. I'm pretty sure that they don't apply anymore, as you can probably easily tell, as you've just had a close look at the implementation.
