CryptoGramBot.dll not found?

I get an error: [PM2][ERROR] script not found : /var/opt/CryptoGramBot/CryptoGramBot.dll

When I look at the files list here to download, i can't see a CryptoGramBot.dll. How do I start this using pm2 now?
