[BUG] Some words are missing single "phonetic"

Notably the word 'hello' from the example is missing the phonetic key that the response claims to send back. I haven't found other instances of this but I'd imagine it's possible. This prompts the question: when a response doesn't include the phonetic key, what does that mean?
