File/Folder Name Must be a Noun

Unless used to execute commands, file/folder name must be a noun. I canceled my plan to change the folder name of the class storage from that was planned to be named use back to be named kernel. Although it can (it already) be done, but I remembered with my decision in the past that I will consistently use noun on files and folders.
