Question: Is GPIO 16 and 17 available on the board ?

I see GPIO numbers available is only 2,3,12,14,15,18,23,24,26
Would it be possible to add any more ? ie 16 and 17

Sure, it's always possible to add more, you just need to put in the work to route them.
