Add Web Component version

My Web Development Tutorial has four iframes just for the GitHub buttons. This increases the total number of documents loaded from two (page + comments) to six (page + comments + Star button + Watch button + Fork button + Follow button).
I think that adding a Web Component version would be a good idea.
