and

https://ghbtns.com/github-btn.html?user=acbarbosa1964&repo=acb-bootstrap-snippets&type=star&count=true (is 53 - correct)

Both result same result.

GitHub API's issue. The same in https://github.com/benjycui/react-github-button/
